Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished product samples.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
- Prepare culture media, reagents, and samples for microbiological testing.
- Document test results accurately in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and maintain organized records.
- Monitor environmental conditions within the laboratory and perform environmental monitoring (EM) testing.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment or procedural issues and report deviations to the Lab Supervisor.
- Assist in the validation of new test methods and laboratory improvement projects.
- Adhere strictly to biosafety protocols and good laboratory practices (GLP).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Valid PRC License (RMT or Microbiologist) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or industrial microbiology laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in microbial identification, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office and laboratory data management systems.
- Willingness to be assigned in the Cubao, Quezon City area.
