In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the visual identity of our institution by producing high-quality photo and video content that resonates with our community.
The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong eye for detail, composition, and brand consistency. You will be responsible for end-to-end productionâfrom capturing footage and photos of school events to post-production editing and motion graphics. Tanggung Jawab
- Capture high-quality photography and videography of school events, activities, and campus life.
- Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, website, and institutional use.
- Perform professional photo retouching, color correction, and digital asset management.
- Design graphics and visual elements for digital marketing campaigns and event promotions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.
- Maintain an organized library of raw and finished multimedia assets.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital media trends, software, and storytelling techniques.
- Ensure all visual outputs strictly adhere to Starland International Schoolâs branding guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in multimedia production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both video editing and photography.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various school departments.
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in educational settings is a distinct advantage.
