PT Sumoda Tama Berkah is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Milk Distribution Supervisor to join our dynamic logistics team in Bogor. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of our dairy products from our facility to our distribution points. We are looking for a hands-on leader capable of managing daily operational challenges, maintaining strict quality standards, and ensuring our delivery schedules are met with precision.
As the Distribution Supervisor, you will be the bridge between our production unit and our logistics fleet. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end distribution process of milk products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Supervise daily operations of delivery personnel and drivers to ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Ensure all distribution vehicles and equipment are maintained and operate under safe working conditions.
- Analyze distribution routes to optimize fuel efficiency and delivery turnaround times.
- Maintain comprehensive records of daily shipments, logs, and delivery performance metrics.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and handling regulations throughout the supply chain.
- Identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing, logistics, or food and beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of distribution route planning and fleet management software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse operational teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to flexible shift schedules as required by operational needs.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Possess a valid driver's license and familiarity with the Bogor and surrounding areas.
