PT. Dua Semeru Putra Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mill Asisten Maintenance (PKS) to join our operations team in Sarolangun, Jambi. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of our palm oil mill machinery and processing equipment.
The successful candidate will lead preventative maintenance initiatives, troubleshoot complex mechanical failures, and manage technical teams to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for all mill machinery.
- Supervise daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems within the PKS environment.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement for critical equipment repairs.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local environmental and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with production heads to schedule maintenance downtime without compromising operational targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mill maintenance (PKS) within the palm oil industry.
- Proficiency in heavy equipment repair, welding, and machinery lubrication standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical workforce.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sarolangun, Jambi.
