Join Dara-Lam Soon Sdn Bhd as a Mill Assistant Manager and play a pivotal role in our agricultural operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support the Mill Manager in driving daily operational excellence, ensuring machinery efficiency, and maintaining stringent compliance standards. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining accurate documentation to uphold our industry-leading quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Mill Manager in daily operational oversight and workflow coordination
- Conduct routine machinery inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations
- Resolve machinery issues efficiently to minimize production downtime
- Manage and maintain accurate operational documentation and records
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment repairs and upgrades
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mill or industrial operations
- Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance protocols
- Experience with safety compliance and documentation systems
- Problem-solving skills for technical machinery issues
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., OHSAS 18001)
