We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Mill Manager (PKS) to lead our palm oil mill operations in Riau. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring operational efficiency, safety standards, and high-quality output. As a leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all daily operations of the Palm Oil Mill (PKS) to ensure production targets are met.
- Monitor and optimize the production process to improve Oil Extraction Rate (OER) and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure all mill machinery and equipment are maintained through effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the mill team to ensure a safe and highly productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with plantation and logistics teams to ensure smooth logistics of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) and processed oil.
- Manage operational budgets and control production costs efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in palm oil mill operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
- Strong technical understanding of PKS processing equipment (sterilizer, press, clarification, etc.).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage large operational teams.
- Solid knowledge of HSE standards and industry regulations in the palm oil sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote/mill site location.
- Willingness to be stationed in Riau.
