Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all mill operations including production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage and develop mill staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product standards are met or exceeded
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mill operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven track record
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Experience with budget management and cost optimization strategies
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
