We are seeking an experienced and strategic Mill Operational Manager to lead our operations at Matahari Kahuripan Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our palm oil mill, ensuring seamless coordination between production, maintenance, and logistics teams. Your primary focus will be on driving operational excellence, maximizing production output to meet quarterly targets, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control. You will be responsible for implementing rigorous safety protocols to protect our workforce and the environment, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and industry best practices. As a leader, you will mentor junior staff, analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, and drive cost-effective solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the palm oil mill to ensure efficient production flow.
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company goals and production targets.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance across all mill activities.
- Supervise and train a diverse team of operators and maintenance staff to ensure peak performance.
- Analyze production data and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage raw material intake and inventory levels effectively.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained and operated according to manufacturer specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within the palm oil or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of mill operations, CPO (Crude Palm Oil) processing, and plant maintenance.
- Proven track record in implementing safety standards and environmental regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
