- Develop and maintain annual/quarterly mine designs aligned with production targets
- Analyze geological data to inform mine layout and extraction strategies
- Optimize mine planning processes for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical requirements
- Monitor production performance and adjust plans based on operational data
- Ensure compliance with mining regulations and environmental standards
- Utilize specialized software (Surpac, AutoCAD) for design and analysis
- Conduct feasibility studies for new mining areas and expansion projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in mine planning or mining operations
- Proficiency in mine planning software (Surpac, MinePlan, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to geological and operational data
- Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and safety standards
- Experience in production forecasting and resource estimation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams
