- Plan, organize, and oversee all mining operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Monitor and optimize mining processes to reduce costs and improve operational performance
- Develop and execute mining plans in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of mining professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and safety

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of mining techniques, equipment, and industry best practices
- Proven track record of leading mining teams and driving operational excellence
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the mining industry
