CIMB Niaga is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive database management for Secured Loan MIS reports, developing sophisticated dashboards, and overseeing precise program calculations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the Secured Loan database to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support management decision-making.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools for real-time performance monitoring.
- Perform complex program calculations to support product pricing and loan incentive schemes.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the Secured Loan portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data extraction processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal data governance and audit requirements for all financial MIS activities.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support for senior management and project-based financial initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in MIS, financial reporting, or data analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Macros, Power Pivot) are required; proficiency in Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Secured Loan products and retail banking financial structures.
- Excellent logical thinking and ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
