Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver parcels and packages to customers in the assigned area efficiently and on time.
- Ensure that all delivered items are handled with care and maintain the company's standard of professionalism.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and politely with recipients.
- Collect payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) items and reconcile them daily.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery motorcycle.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and safety regulations while driving.
- Report any delivery issues or damaged goods to the branch immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a valid SIM A motorcycle driver's license.
- Have a personal motorcycle in good condition.
- Own a reliable smartphone with active data/internet connection.
- Be physically fit and able to ride a motorcycle for extended periods.
- Reside in or are willing to work in Tanete Riattang, Sulawesi Selatan.
- Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a strong desire to succeed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash payments and COD.
