Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently pick up and deliver packages to designated customers within Ciamis region
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and tracking records
- Adhere strictly to traffic safety regulations and company delivery protocols
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum time efficiency and fuel economy
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding delivery status and delays
- Conduct pre/post-delivery vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for seamless logistics operations
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery/courier services preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Ciamis and surrounding road networks
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle delivery tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic numeracy and documentation abilities
