Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain industrial mixing machinery according to production schedules and safety protocols
- Measure and mix raw materials with precision following technical formulas and specifications
- Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency, color accuracy, and product quality
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, troubleshoot minor issues, and report maintenance needs
- Document production data, material usage, and quality control metrics
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to resolve product inconsistencies
- Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to 5S safety standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification preferred
- 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or industrial mixing operations
- Strong mathematical skills for precise measurement calculations
- Basic understanding of chemical mixing processes and material properties
- Ability to read and interpret technical formulas and production documents
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools and industrial equipment
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality control procedures
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate material weights
