Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor various mixing and blending equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients following precise formulas and recipes.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished mixes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
- Document production data, including batch records, temperature logs, and ingredient usage.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mixing equipment, escalating complex issues to maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with other production team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines, including HACCP principles, to prevent contamination.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Mixing Operator or similar role in a Food & Beverage or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow complex recipes, formulas, and production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate weighing and measurement of ingredients.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and operate machinery.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP principles is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in food processing or manufacturing is a plus.
