We process over 100 units per month, offering a fantastic opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment. We provide a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rp 3.3 Million to Rp 4.9 Million, complemented by attractive commission structures for high performance. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing a variety of devices, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining technical excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform hardware and software diagnostics on a variety of mobile devices.
- Replace and repair components such as screens, batteries, and charging ports.
- Perform microsoldering and component-level repairs for complex issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining technical issues in simple terms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Test all repaired devices to ensure full functionality before release.
- Keep accurate records of repair history and inventory usage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a mobile phone technician.
- Strong knowledge of both Android and iOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and diagrams.
- Valid technical certification in electronics is highly preferred.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily targets.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
