Indo Porcelain, a leader in high-quality ceramic manufacturing, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Model Maker (Keramik & Mould Making) to join our production team in Kabupaten Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in the creative and technical process, transforming design concepts and product samples into precision ceramic models and industrial master moulds.

You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that every master mould meets our strict quality standards, facilitating seamless mass production while maintaining the artistic integrity of our designs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop accurate ceramic models and master moulds based on technical blueprints, 3D designs, or physical product samples.
- Conduct material testing and formulation to ensure optimal mould durability and surface finish.
- Perform precise plaster carving, modeling, and casting techniques to achieve high-fidelity output.
- Collaborate with product designers to provide feedback on mouldability and manufacturing constraints.
- Troubleshoot and repair existing moulds to reduce production downtime.
- Maintain equipment and workspace to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Document model specifications and update production records accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma degree in Ceramic Art, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in ceramic model making or mould making (die/casting).
- Strong proficiency in working with plaster, resin, and various clay types.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and 2D/3D design specifications accurately.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for intricate carving and detailing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight production deadlines.
- Deep understanding of ceramic firing processes and material shrinkage factors.
- Ability to work full-time at our facility in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.
