Indonesia Stanley Electric is seeking a skilled and experienced Mold Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development of high-quality plastic injection molds for our electrical components. You will be responsible for translating engineering concepts into precise 3D models and 2D drawings, ensuring that all designs adhere to strict quality standards and manufacturing capabilities. We offer a collaborative environment where your expertise in mold flow analysis and design optimization will directly impact our production efficiency and product quality.
As a key member of our engineering department, you will work closely with production and R&D teams to oversee mold trials, troubleshoot design issues, and implement corrective actions. Your ability to analyze mold defects and propose innovative solutions will be highly valued. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop complex plastic injection molds using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Conduct mold flow analysis to optimize gate locations, cooling systems, and part fill patterns.
- Create detailed technical drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the mold trial phase to identify and resolve defects.
- Perform DFMA (Design for Manufacturability and Assembly) analysis.
- Update and maintain engineering documentation and design standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in mold design (plastic injection preferred).
- Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Moldflow simulation software.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Excellent understanding of material properties and manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
