Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the mold maintenance team to ensure operational targets are consistently met.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize unexpected downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on mold failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Oversee the repair and refurbishment of molds, ensuring high-quality output and extended tool lifespan.
- Manage spare parts inventory levels, procurement, and cost-control measures for essential maintenance supplies.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure optimal mold performance during high-volume manufacturing.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical documentation in compliance with company quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations (K3) and 5S protocols within the workshop.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mold maintenance, specifically within an injection molding or heavy manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical expertise in mold design, troubleshooting, and precision machining tools (CNC, EDM, Milling).
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and resolve conflict.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and CAD/CAM software.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
