Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and molds
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic defects in molding systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve molding production issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct mold inspections, adjustments, and calibration for optimal performance
- Maintain detailed technical documentation of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mold Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in industrial settings
- Certification in injection molding technology or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and precision measurement instruments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
