In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our mortgage brokerage operations, ensuring that every loan application is processed seamlessly from the initial lead stage right through to settlement. You will operate within the unique landscape of the Australian financial market, interacting with major lenders and boutique firms alike. This position requires a high level of coordination and a deep understanding of Australian lending standards, including NCCP regulations and various lender niches.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee loan applications from initial submission through to settlement.
- Liaise directly with Australian lenders, valuation companies, and solicitors to expedite the loan process.
- Collect, review, and verify essential supporting documents such as payslips, tax returns, and bank statements.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Mercury, AOL, or Podium) with high accuracy.
- Provide regular, professional status updates to both mortgage brokers and clients.
- Prepare compliance documents, including Credit Guide and Preliminary Assessment.
- Conduct research on lender products and policies to assist brokers in finding the best client solutions.
- Ensure all files meet Australian regulatory and compliance standards (NCCP).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant specifically for an Australian account.
- Strong working knowledge of the Australian mortgage industry, including lending criteria and credit policies.
- Proficiency in using Australian mortgage platforms such as ApplyOnline (AOL).
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills suited for professional client interaction.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to work effectively during Australian business hours (early morning shift in PH).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial CRM software.
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
