EMAPTA is looking for a dedicated Mortgage Broker Support Officer to join our onsite team in Ortigas. In this role, you will take ownership of managing Australian mortgage deals from initiation through to final settlement, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to global operations while enjoying a standard day shift schedule with weekends off.
As a key member of our support team, you will act as the primary point of contact for brokers and clients, ensuring that every step of the mortgage process is handled with precision and care. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Australian mortgage deals, including application intake, verification, and processing.
- Assist brokers and clients in gathering, reviewing, and submitting necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding loan status, requirements, and next steps to ensure transparency.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal banking protocols.
- Coordinate closely with underwriters and lenders to resolve issues, clarify queries, and expedite approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system for audit and reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in mortgage broking, banking, or financial support is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the Australian banking and mortgage market is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
