Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and deliver packages to customers within designated Gresik Regency areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Inspect packages for damage before and after transit
- Follow optimized routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback promptly
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorbike license (SIM C) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery or logistics preferred
- Strong knowledge of Gresik Regency and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift packages up to 20kg
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition for extended riding periods
- Customer-focused communication abilities
