Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages to customers in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to strict schedules.
- Ensure the safety, security, and proper handling of all parcels during transit.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service during every delivery interaction.
- Handle cash collection and payment processing accurately when required by the system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic regulations, safety policies, and company operational procedures.
- Update delivery status and coordinates accurately through the company app.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM A).
- Have a personal motorcycle in good working condition with valid insurance.
- Be physically fit and available to work on weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Have a smartphone with a stable internet connection for app navigation.
- Be responsible, honest, and have a strong sense of direction.
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or courier services is preferred.
- Reside within or around Salatiga for efficient route management.
