- Design and produce compelling visual content for social media, digital ads, and web platforms.
- Create motion graphics and edit short-form videos to enhance audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaign concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital mediums and communication channels.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and provide creative feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, industry standards, and new creative technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related creative field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience in digital marketing or agency environments is a significant advantage.
