Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for social media, digital advertising, and internal campaigns.
- Conceptualize and edit engaging video content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign strategies and visual directions.
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to established brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.
- Manage end-to-end creative projects from initial storyboard to final export.
- Optimize multimedia content for various digital formats and screen resolutions.
- Stay updated on emerging design software, media trends, and platform-specific advertising requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related creative field.
- Proven experience as a Multi-Media Artist, Graphic Designer, or Video Editor with a strong professional portfolio.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project timelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Experience in digital marketing principles and social media content optimization.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of creative excellence.
