We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multi Media Specialist to join our team at Living Spring Communities Realty and Development Corporation. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for producing high-impact visual content that brings our real estate projects to life. You will manage the end-to-end process of creating pictures, videos, and photography for our project sites, ensuring our marketing materials are visually stunning and professionally executed.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong technical background in media production. You will work closely with our marketing department to capture the essence of our developments, from architectural shots to lifestyle imagery. This position offers the chance to enhance our brand presence and contribute to the success of our real estate initiatives through compelling visual communication.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute professional photo and video shoots directly at project sites and development locations.
- Operate and maintain photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Edit and retouch raw images using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Assemble and edit video footage using Premiere Pro or similar editing tools to create engaging promotional content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Create visual content for various channels, including brochures, social media, websites, and digital advertising.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in multimedia production, photography, or videography.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality photography and video editing skills.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced real estate environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction effectively.
