In this pivotal role, you will translate our brand’s vision into stunning illustrations, layouts, and digital assets that resonate with our audience. We are looking for someone who can elevate our marketing materials, from brochures to social media graphics, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all platforms.
As a Multimedia Artist at APEC Homes, you will be at the forefront of our creative department. You will work closely with marketing strategists to produce high-quality visual content that drives engagement and showcases our real estate developments effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and marketing collateral for print and digital media.
- Develop creative layouts for brochures, flyers, and real estate presentations that align with APEC Homes’ branding guidelines.
- Produce high-quality social media posts, banners, and ads to enhance our online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for new project launches.
- Edit and retouch photography to ensure all visual assets meet our high standards of quality.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and software advancements to continuously improve creative output.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all company communications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design or multimedia art.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- A strong, professional portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
