As a key driver of our visual storytelling, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-impact video and photo content designed for a wide array of applications. This includes executing video and photo shoots for major advertising campaigns, managing the visual representation of our brand talents, and covering high-stakes corporate events. Your workflow will span both our fully-equipped in-house studio and diverse on-ground locations across the metro.
We are looking for a producer who can seamlessly blend creative vision with solid technical execution. You will collaborate extensively with our Creative Directors and Marketing Managers to translate strategic briefs into powerful visual narratives. This involves everything from pre-production planning and storyboarding to directing talent, managing crew on set, operating professional camera and lighting equipment, and meticulously overseeing post-production through to final delivery.

- Spearhead video and photo productions for integrated marketing campaigns, talent features, and corporate events, ensuring strict adherence to creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Manage all phases of production from concept development, storyboarding, and resource allocation to shooting, post-production, and final delivery.
- Operate professional-grade camera, lighting, and sound equipment both in a fully-equipped studio and on diverse field locations.
- Direct and coordinate talents, crew members, and stakeholders on set to efficiently capture the desired creative vision.
- Edit video footage and retouch images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring all raw and final content is archived correctly for future use.
- Stay ahead of multimedia trends and technology to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, Advertising, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Multimedia Producer, Video Editor, or Photographer in an agency or corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a wide range of video and photography work for campaigns and events.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, audio recording, and camera operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively direct talent and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
