Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the production of original multimedia content from concept development to final execution
- Plan and execute video shoots, including directing, lighting, and sound recording
- Edit and post-produce multimedia content using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with editorial teams to align multimedia content with journalistic goals
- Manage multimedia projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Stay current with multimedia trends, technologies, and best practices
- Mentor junior producers and provide guidance on multimedia production techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Film Production, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia production
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools
- Strong understanding of multimedia storytelling techniques and visual communication
- Experience with audio recording and editing for podcasts and other audio content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating multimedia production capabilities
