Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, film, and edit high-impact video content for product showcases, social media, and corporate communications
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines
- Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture premium footage
- Master video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
- Manage video asset libraries and ensure efficient archiving of all digital media
- Stay current with industry trends in videography, lighting techniques, and post-production
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver video projects on schedule and within budget
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- 3+ years professional videography experience with demonstrable portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio engineering principles
- Ability to translate brand narratives into compelling visual narratives
- Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environments preferred
- Excellent project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
