Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging music curriculum aligned with IB/UK standards for Junior School students
- Teach classroom music lessons covering theory, history, vocal/instrumental skills, and composition
- Organize and direct school choirs, ensembles, and seasonal performances
- Prepare students for internal assessments, competitions, and cultural events
- Integrate technology into music education using digital tools and software
- Collaborate with colleagues to create cross-curricular music projects
- Manage music resources, inventory, and classroom equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Music or Music Education (Master's preferred)
- Teaching certification (PGCE/B.Ed) with specialization in music
- Minimum 3 years' experience teaching primary-level music
- Strong proficiency in vocal training and at least one instrument
- Knowledge of contemporary music pedagogy and international curricula
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
- Experience directing choirs, bands, or ensembles
