We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven National Body Paint Manager to oversee automotive paint operations across our network. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a passion for quality control, process optimization, and team leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the standard for excellence in body shop operations, ensuring that all repairs meet manufacturer specifications while maintaining high productivity and customer satisfaction.
As the National Body Paint Manager, you will lead the implementation of advanced painting techniques, manage resource allocation, and foster a culture of safety and precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute national strategies to optimize body paint workshop performance and turnaround time.
- Supervise and mentor local paint shop supervisors and technicians across multiple locations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations regarding paint waste and chemical handling.
- Monitor paint material inventory, usage, and costs to ensure operational efficiency and minimize waste.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain a high 'first-time-right' repair rate.
- Collaborate with operations managers to ensure seamless workflow integration between body repair and paint departments.
- Analyze workshop KPIs and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in automotive body paint management, preferably within an authorized dealer/workshop environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of automotive paint systems, preparation techniques, and color matching.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate distributed teams.
- Solid understanding of OEM repair guidelines and industry-standard paint technology.
- Proficiency in workshop management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
