Join Pengiklan Anonim as our National IT Manager and lead the digital transformation of Indonesia's operations. In this strategic role, you'll architect and implement enterprise-grade IT solutions that align with global corporate standards while addressing local market needs. You'll oversee the entire IT lifecycle - from infrastructure modernization to cybersecurity frameworks - ensuring seamless technology integration across manufacturing, logistics, and transportation divisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute national IT strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives
- Manage enterprise systems including ERP, network infrastructure, and cloud services
- Lead cross-functional IT projects ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance
- Establish IT governance frameworks, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans
- Oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, and technology procurement
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across operational divisions
- Manage IT budget allocation and resource optimization
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian IT regulations and international standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 8 years progressive IT management experience with 3+ years at national level
- Proven expertise in enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management
- Strong background in manufacturing/transportation industry IT operations
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) highly valued
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing distributed technical teams across multiple locations
