Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a robust national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple regions, setting clear goals and KPIs.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing to design effective promotional campaigns and product positioning strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team.
- Ensure efficient sales operations, including budget management, pipeline oversight, and process standardization.
- Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a national or regional sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia as needed.
