Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks and LAN environments.
- Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and security audits.
- Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and speed.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding connectivity issues.
- Document network configurations and changes accurately.
- Manage hardware inventory, including routers, switches, and access points.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in Cisco, Mikrotik, or Huawei are a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, and switching protocols.
- Experience in network cabling and hardware installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
