Join J&T Cargo as our Network Manager (Logistic) in Palu and play a pivotal role in optimizing our logistics network. We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee area performance, drive outlet growth, and ensure operational excellence across the region. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with operational partners and stakeholders, analyzing network data to identify growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance service levels. You will lead a team to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and optimization of the regional logistics network in Palu, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor area performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to exceed KPIs and service standards.
- Drive outlet growth and expansion initiatives within the designated territory to increase market share.
- Ensure operational excellence through rigorous process standardization, quality control, and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including operational partners, local authorities, and internal teams.
- Analyze network data to forecast trends, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, network operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and team development.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
