In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, installing, and maintaining high-performance wireless network infrastructures. You will ensure that our clients enjoy seamless internet access and robust system stability. We are looking for a proactive professional who can troubleshoot efficiently and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi routers, access points, and network switches.
- Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
- Resolve connectivity issues and optimize network speed for optimal user experience.
- Manage and organize cable infrastructure to ensure safety and neatness.
- Respond to technical support tickets and provide timely solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new network solutions.
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best wireless coverage strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree (D3) in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and wireless networking protocols.
- Hands-on experience with wireless access point configuration and troubleshooting.
- Relevant networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region for installation and maintenance tasks.
