Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for equipment sales within the assigned territories (NCR, NCL, Cebu).
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for potential clients and provide expert technical consultation on CIC's product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals to key decision-makers.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering, project management, and after-sales service teams to ensure seamless project execution and client support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales strategies and opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, specifically with new equipment or industrial solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex product specifications and applications.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the National Capital Region, North and Central Luzon, and Cebu.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
