As a Parcel Sorter, you will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring that thousands of packages are processed, sorted, and prepared for next-day delivery. We operate in a dynamic team environment where efficiency and accuracy are key. If you are physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and are comfortable working the night shift, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently sort parcels based on destination and delivery service type.
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles with care to prevent damage.
- Scan parcels using handheld devices to update tracking information in real-time.
- Identify and segregate packages that require special handling or urgent delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at the sorting facility.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to meet operational throughput targets.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and warehouse operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 17 years and above.
- Ability to commit to the night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Must be punctual and reliable, as operational efficiency depends on attendance.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods and performing manual lifting.
- Attire requirements: T-Shirt, long jeans/pants, and fully covered shoes (mandatory).
- Possession of a valid physical NRIC for verification purposes is required upon entry.
- Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced setting.
