We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer (Level 1) to join our dynamic team at Milestone Technologies. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary escalation point for well-defined Network Route/Switch support activities. You will monitor network health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure the seamless operation of our critical infrastructure.
Your expertise will help maintain high availability and performance across our network ecosystem. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can respond quickly to alerts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network operations and infrastructure for stability and performance issues.
- Respond to Tier-2 network route/switch incidents and escalate to Tier-3 when necessary.
- Perform routine health checks and configuration validation on routers and switches.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain accurate ticket logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service outages and minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or technical support roles.
- Certification in CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and switching.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
