As a Non-Production Team Leader, you will ensure that our GPS farm operations run smoothly, enabling the production team to focus on core activities while you provide seamless backend support, reporting, and resource management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all administrative workflows for GPS farm operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory data tracking and regular physical stock audits.
- Coordinate transportation schedules to support timely supply chain and logistics requirements.
- Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Monitor and optimize the utilization of non-production assets and supplies across the site.
- Lead and mentor administrative support staff to foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline backend farm operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Agriculture, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative leadership, inventory management, or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a farm/industrial environment in Tasikmalaya.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Understanding of poultry or agricultural supply chain operations is a significant advantage.
