Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate ocean export shipments from documentation to final delivery
- Oversee the booking process with shipping lines and negotiate favorable rates
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
- Supervise and mentor junior staff in export procedures and documentation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, and customs authorities
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively address any delays or issues
- Prepare and analyze shipping reports for management review
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ocean export operations
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping documentation, and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Leadership experience with proven ability to manage teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
