Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end ocean export and import operations, ensuring timely processing of all shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and agents to secure bookings and equipment.
- Prepare, verify, and process accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Provide proactive communication and status updates to customers regarding their shipment milestones.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational discrepancies or delays effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and on-time departures.
- Handle invoicing and cost verification to ensure accuracy in billing processes.
- Maintain compliance with all international shipping regulations and internal company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ocean export/import operations within a freight forwarding or logistics company.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume environments.
