Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end ocean export shipments, including booking, documentation, and tracking.
- Collaborate closely with internal Sales representatives to support client requirements and provide operational expertise.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Export Declarations, and Commercial Invoices.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with international shipping regulations and internal quality standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with carriers, agents, and clients to provide timely updates on shipment status.
- Resolve operational discrepancies or delays proactively to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate data records in the logistics management system for billing and reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ocean freight operations or export documentation.
- Strong understanding of export regulations, Incoterms, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
