As part of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of ocean freight shipments. You will act as the bridge between our clients and carriers, ensuring seamless logistics execution. In this position, you will support partners and clients to scale Flexport’s model by solving supply chain issues to cut costs and boost growth. You will leverage technology and data to optimize shipping routes, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with international regulations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our supply chain network and the satisfaction of our global partners.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate ocean freight bookings, tracking, and documentation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to optimize transit times and reduce operational delays.
- Analyze shipping data and costs to recommend improvements that reduce expenses and boost growth.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and external partners to ensure alignment on shipment status.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping schedules, bills of lading, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to support client onboarding and growth initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in ocean freight operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed operational decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and familiarity with logistics software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
