Naga Trade International is seeking a skilled and proactive Odoo Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of the Odoo ERP system. You will drive digital transformation by designing tailored solutions that streamline our business operations and ensure seamless system integration. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, implementation, and customization of Odoo modules (Community or Enterprise) to meet specific business needs.
- Perform system integration with third-party applications and APIs to ensure a cohesive tech stack.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Analyze existing business workflows and optimize them for scalability and efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity and security across the ERP platform.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience with Odoo implementation, customization, and support.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and XML for backend development and reporting.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customization and QWeb templates.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical scenarios independently.
- Strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
