Macquarie Group is seeking a talented and motivated Off-Cycle Intern to join our dynamic M&A Advisory team. As an off-cycle intern, you will be fully integrated into the team and involved in live transactions, gaining hands-on exposure to the full deal lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the team in conducting financial analysis, including valuation modeling and benchmarking.
- Support the preparation of pitch decks, presentation materials, and investment memos for client meetings.
- Perform industry and company research to support deal evaluation and market trends analysis.
- Contribute to the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
- Participate in client meetings and internal reviews, taking minutes and documenting key insights.
- Help manage ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Class of 2027 or 2028).
- Strong academic record with a genuine interest in Investment Banking and M&A transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
