Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement, filing, and documentation.
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist in payroll processing and time attendance monitoring.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
  • Coordinate staff welfare programs, including monthly staff activities and team-building events.
  • Ensure office facilities are maintained to high standards, overseeing vendors and service providers.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc HR projects and operational reports as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a HR or Administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Labor Law and employment regulations is a significant advantage.
