Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor high-speed Heidelberg and KBA offset printing machines to meet daily production targets.
- Perform machine make-ready tasks, including plate mounting, ink fountain setup, and paper adjustment.
- Conduct regular quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure color accuracy, registration, and print consistency.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Manage ink and fountain solution levels to maintain optimal printing conditions.
- Collaborate with the finishing and production teams to ensure timely workflow execution.
- Strictly adhere to all workplace safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Offset Printing Machine Operator (Heidelberg or KBA machines preferred).
- Technical vocational high school (SMK) graduate or equivalent, preferably in Graphic Arts or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of offset printing principles, color theory, and paper characteristics.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of physical stamina to manage machine operations.
- Able to work in rotating shifts as per the production schedule.
- Professional attitude, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
